i had to reinstall windows and now i cant get movie collector and mediatracker to connect?

Please confirm that you are using latest version of the Movie Collector and MediaTRACKER Lite / Standard. The MediaTRACKER Lite / Standard is at Version 2.1.3 presently.
You could also download the latest version from : http://www.digistoresolutions.com/products/downloads/105.

ok i have the latest version of movie collector which is 6.6.2 and the latest version of mediatracker 2.1.3 and i still ccant get my movie collector to work with my mediatracker im running windows 7,please help

Please open a support ticket by clicking "Request for Support" at the top of the screen. You will also need to Register for Warranty. Our helpdesk staff will be able to assist you further on this.
Please also indicate if you are able to work the MediaTRACKER application by itself?
Are you running Windows 7 32bit or 64bit?
