There may have been some transition disruption while requesting to perform task with the said disc/s. Anyhow, you may attempt to remove the "ghost" disc/s by performing the "Eject Empty Slots" found under the View - Connected Organizers...., select the appropriate organizer serial number and click on the "Eject Empty Slots". 

This will allow MediaTRACKER Library to check clear of any slot/s that is supposed to be empty. If you require further assistance on the matter, kindly open a support ticket at our "Request for Support".
