Updating files on a disc

When I add files to an existing disc, is there an easy way to just update the MediaTracker directory? Currently, I delete the disc from the library completely, and then re-scan the disc before storing it. Thanks.

i'm using MediaTRACKER Professional 2.1.2 with two Centurion DiscHub's but i can't get update contents to work...
any idea why?

The MediaTRACKER Lite/Standard will not allow you to update the contents from a disc asset that had already being scanned. As the MediaTRACKER Lite/Standard support the Centurion CD, where usage for the Centurion CD are mainly for disc storage purpose. It is therefore the ability of contents update wasn't our main concern. Instead, for the MediaTRACKER Professional which support only the Centurion DiscHub (with build-in DVD Combo drive) is equip with the ability to update disc content whenever necessary.
Nevertheless, I will put up your suggestion during our update review for the MediaTRACKER Standard.

Many thanks for your quick reply. I don't feel deleting and rescanning a disc is a major problem. I just wasn't sure if perhaps I was overlooking an easier method.
