Standard for Centurion CD - DIsk read duplications

Hello:
I am using the MediaTracker standard with XP professional. I am noticing that after adding about two disks to the database, subsequent scans register (copy) the last previous disk entry. For example, if I scan a Journey disk then a Boston disk, everything after that registers a duplicate Boston disk. SInce I am setting up storage for a few hundred disks, this presents a problem. Hav you heard of this issue before?
I have disabled autoplay in Group Policy but that had little effect outside of making the duplicated appear a bit faster.

Hello Michael,

Greetings from Digistore Solutions.

Your encounter of having duplicate disc assets library for different disc scanned isn't possible - so long the discs contents of the next disc isn't similar to that or the previous disc/s. MediaTRACKER extract its disc contents library from the system optical drive and update the disc assets library accordingly.

If you still encounter the above mention, we would like to understand more from you. Kindly open a ticket at our "Request for Support", our engineer will be able to assist you your matter.

Best regards,

Hello WrightMH

Greetings from Digistore Solutions.

Please ensure that you are using MediaTRACKER Standard Version 2.1.3 for your Centurion CD.  You could download the MediaTRACKER Standard Version 2.1.3 from : http://www.digistoresolutions.com/products/downloads/105

Furthermore, please delete your previous database before installing the latest release, MediaTRACKER Standard Version 2.1.3.

Digistore Solutions did not receive such similar report previously.

Please advise whether this issue still re-occur after you have installed the latest release and using fresh database.

Thank you and best regards.

Cheers
