"On/Off" Switch

Six years of college was a failure! I just bought the Centurion CD - followed all directions regarding software/drivers/what-to-plug-in-first, etc.... But THEN - the instructions say to "Turn the power ON". Really? Where's the power switch???

The power supply light is green, when either plugging in the USB plug or power supply - but no green light on the unit.... why? Maybe because I can't turn it on...

I am afraid you might have misunderstood the phrase "Plug the power adapter into the CCD's and turn the power on", there isn't power switch on the Centurion CD organizer unit. What the guide is trying to tell, is that you should plug in the power adapter to your CCD's before turning the power on for the adapter instead. I have attach the "Centurion CD Quick Setup Guide.pdf" on a seperate email for your reference.  
 
Further to that, the green light does not represent the power LED. Instead, it will blink to indicate the unit operational whenever the carousel within the Centurion CD rotates. You are to install the MediaTRACKER Lite/Standard application so that the Centurion CD will operate as explain in the "Centurion CD Quick Setup Guide".

You are require to install the application, MediaTRACKER Lite to the host computer system - before the Centurion CD could be detected and function properly. MediaTRACKER Lite will manage the Centurion CD henceforth.

The latest release for MediaTRACKER Lite is Version 2.1.3.

You can download the latest version from : http://www.digistoresolutions.com/products/downloads/105.

Furthermore, you can observe the green light on the Centurion CD when the host computer system detects the device.
