Units wont show in View connect units

I'm using 5 of the centurion CD.
After renaming them I no longer have access to serial numbers and they dont reset when i leave teh name field blank.
Also depending on how they are stacked some of them dont show in the connected units window so I cant eject empty slots or all media. they all still work with getting individual disks that are properly checked in.
can I do something so they all register as connected

Once the "Connected Organizers" is renamed it will not automatically be reverted back to the initial serial number identification, should you choose to leave the name as blank. If the name for the organizer is left blank, you will notice an empty line of identification for the said organizer unit. You may check the serial number located at the back of the organizer unit, should you wish to have the serial number re-key to be the identity of the organizer units.
As for your feedback on units that don't show up in the "Connected Organizers", you may wish to check the connector pins (located at the bottom of the organizer unit) and the connector housing (located at the top cover of the organizer unit). Check and ensure that the pins are not bent or damage and that the connector housing level with the top cover.
