Warranty Statement

You must register your Centurion products within fourteen (14) days of purchase to activate your warranty, receive technical support, and initiate service requests. Otherwise your warranty will be considered null and void.

The Centurion products comprise of licensed Software and Hardware, subjected to the following Limited Software License Agreement and Limited Warranty.

Read the following terms and conditions before installing or using your product. Among other things, this agreement licenses the included software to you and contains warranty and liability disclaimers. By installing or using the product, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not fully agree to all the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the software, or install the hardware. If not in full agreement, please promptly return all the packages unopened.

Digistore Solutions ("the Company") provides this software to you and grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for:

  1. Use of the Software installing on the Centurion product as delivered;
  2. Making a reasonable number of copies of the Software in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes;
  3. Use of the Software as described in the accompanying documentation for your business or personal use.

This license is effective upon opening the package and accepting the terms of this license and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by notifying the Company in writing. This license will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this agreement, or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. The Company has the right to terminate this license if you violate any term or condition of the license. You agree that upon termination, you will destroy all copies of the Software, in any form, in your possession.

The Software is owned or licensed by the Company and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license or the Software or make or distribute copies of the Software. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software, and except for permitted backup copies, you may not copy the Software. Further, you may not copy the written materials accompanying the Software.

The following limited warranty extends only to the original end user purchaser who purchases the Centurion product for personal or work-related use rather than resale and to no other purchaser or transferee, nor to any intermediate owner involved in the sale or resale of Centurion products. You should read the manual and all materials provided with this product prior to installation or operation.

The Company warrants the physical media on which the Software is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the effective date.

The Company warrants that the Centurion Hardware will, under normal use, conform substantially to the applicable product specifications as published by Centurion at time of purchase, for a period of twelve (12) months from the effective date.

No warranty is offered on Centurion products except when sold by the Company or an Authorized International Reseller acting in accordance with their reseller agreement with Digistore Solutions.

All of the warranties of this section are subject to the following conditions and the disclaimer and limitation of remedies that follow:

  1. End User must register within fourteen (14) days of purchase to activate your warranty, receive technical support, and initiate service requests. 
  2. End User must notify Company or authorized reseller within seven (7) days after discovering a defective product or part.
  3. End User must arrange and pay for the delivery of the product to the authorized reseller or to Company, at Company’s option.
  4. All warranty servicing of this product must be made by an authorized reseller of the product or the Company, at Company’s option.
  5. End User must create, for offsite disaster recovery, alternate copies of any files, data and information stored on any Centurion product.

End user assumes the entire risk of loss or damage to any media, programs, data or information used with or stored using the Centurion product, and Company shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to any software, information, data, graphics, pictures, copyrighted work, or memory data contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products pursuant to any warranty under this agreement, even if Company has been informed of the risk of such loss or damage. The software and Centurion product is provided “as is” and Company specifically disclaims all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Company be liable to you for any damages, including any loss of profit or other incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Company does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use, of the software in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, officially end-of-life versions, or otherwise, and does not warrant that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error free. Company expressly disclaims any warranties not stated herein. No oral or written information or advice given by Company or others shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the foregoing warranty, and neither sub licensee nor purchaser may rely on such information or advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and/or limitations may not apply to you.

The Company does not warrant that Software or Hardware will work in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties except those expressly certified by Digistore Solutions. All warranties will be VOID if product has been abused, altered, or has physical damage, or has been altered without authority. Products returned for service with expired warranties are subject to current standard service labour charges at current service fee scheduled rates.

Digistore Solutions can reject any RMA request if the below RMA conditions are not met :-

  1. All units requesting RMA must have been registered within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase. Registration of product can be done through the eWarranty Registration.
  2. All units requesting RMA must be within the twelve (12) months warranty period from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
  3. All RMA requests must be done through support request in the My Centurion portal.
  4. RMA Numbers are only valid of fourteen (14) days from the Date of Request. If the period is exceeded, a new RMA number has to be requested.

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEAD ON ARRIVAL products within fourteen (14) days of original invoice date. Digistore Solutions shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

Step 1: Check Your Return. ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and Digistore Solution’s return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

  • Products which are improperly packaged
  • Products returned to Digistore Solutions in non-qualified shipping container
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Digistore Solutions maintains serial number tracking)
  • DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
  • DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
  • DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
  • DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners

Step 2: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) Online. Returns WILL NOT be accepted at our warehouse without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers will expire after fourteen (14) days. Any return we receive without an RA number will be documented and returned to the sender. To obtain a RMA number, please proceed to support request in the My Centurion portal.

Step 3: Ship and Insure Your Return. We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” Digistore Solutions shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges *, both to and from our warehouse, will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please contact our online service representative issuing your RMA for clarification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In the event that the product you are returning DOES NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you. Please contact us through support request in the My Centurion portal to discuss alternative resolutions for difficulties with products not qualifying for return or exchange.
